早期自然流产妇女血小板活化因子及其受体的表达

目的:探讨血小板活化因子(platelet-activating factor,PAF)及其受体(PAF-Receptor,PAF-R)与早期自然流产的关系。方法:30例早期自然流产妇女(研究组)和30例同期正常早孕要求人工流产的妇女(对照组)采用ELISA法检测血清PAF的含量,采用流式细胞仪检测外周血单核细胞上PAF-R的表达,应用免疫组织化学技术检测PAF-R在子宫蜕膜组织中的表达。结果:①研究组血清中PAF含量、PAF-R在外周血单核细胞上和在子宫蜕膜组织中的表达与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②早期自然流产妇女PAF-R在外周血单核细胞上和在子宫内膜上的表达呈正相关(r=0.938,P<0.01)。结论:早期自然流产妇女血清PAF水平明显降低,PAF-R在外周血单核细胞上和子宫蜕膜组织中的表达降低,可能是导致自然流产的原因之一。外周血单核细胞上PAF-R的表达可间接反映子宫蜕膜组织中PAF-R的表达情况。

Expressions of platelet activating factor and its receptor in the women with early spontaneous abortion

Objective:To explore the relationship between platelet activating factor(PAF),platelet activating factor receptor(PAF-R) and early spontaneous abortion.Methods:The contents of serum PAF in 30 women with early spontaneous abortion(study group) and 30 women with normal early pregnancy and requiring artificial abortion(control group) were detected by ELISA,flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of PAF-R in peripheral blood monocytes(PBMCs);the expression of PAF-R in decidual tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:There was statistically significant difference in serum content of PAF,the expression levels of PAF-R in PBMCs and decidual tissue between study group and control group(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between PAF-R expression in PBMCs and PAF-R expression in decidual tissue in study group(γ=0.938,P<0.01).Conclusion:The serum level of PAF and the expression levels of PAF-R in PBMCs and decidual tissue in the women with early spontaneous abortion decreased,which may be one of the causes of spontaneous abortion.PAF-R expression in PBMCs can indirectly reflect the expression of PAF-R in decidual tissue.
