深圳市盐田区育龄女性生殖道感染现状分析

目的:了解深圳市盐田区育龄女性生殖道感染的现状,为社区干预提供依据。方法:采用整群分层抽样的方法,抽取深圳市盐田区育龄妇女900例,进行问卷调查、常规妇科检查和实验室检查。结果:深圳市盐田区育龄女性生殖道感染患病率为70.44%,其中盆腔炎患病率1.24%;附件炎患病率为2.33%;慢性宫颈炎患病率25.00%;滴虫性阴道炎患病率0.55%;外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患病率39.11%;其他阴道炎患病率7.44%。结论:深圳市盐田区育龄女性生殖道感染患病率较高,以外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病为明显,人工流产次数为生殖道感染的主要影响因素。

Analysis on the current situation of reproductive tract infection in women of childbearing age in Yantian district of Shenzhen city

Objective:To understand the current situation of reproductive tract infection in women of childbearing age in Yantian district of Shenzhen city,provide reference for community intervention.Methods:Stratified cluster sampling method was used to selected 900 women of childbearing age from Yantian district of Shenzhen city,then questionnaire investigation,routine gynecological examination,and laboratory examination were performed.Results:The prevalence rate of reproductive tract infection in women of childbearing age in Yantian district of Shenzhen city was 70.44%.The incidences of pelvic inflammatory disease,annexitis,chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,trichomonas vaginitis,vulvovaginal candidiasis,and other vaginitis were 1.24%,2.33%,25.00%,0.55%,39.11%,and 7.44%,respectively.Conclusion:The prevalence rate of reproductive tract infection in women of childbearing age in Yantian district of Shenzhen city was high,especially vulvovaginal candidiasis,the times of artificial abortion was the main influencing factor of reproductive tract infection.
