健康教育对手足口病患儿家属依从性的影响

目的:探讨健康教育在手足口病患儿家属依从性中的作用。方法:采用病例对照研究的方法,将432例手足口病患儿随机分为观察组216例和对照组216例。对观察组的患儿家属进行手足口病流行病学、预防、治疗、护理等健康教育,比较两组患儿家属的治疗依从性。结果:观察组患儿家属在对手足口病的发生、发展、传播途径、预防方法、护理等的知晓程度明显高于对照组患儿家属,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:及早、规范地对手足口病患儿家属进行健康教育有助于提高患儿家属的治疗依从性,促进患儿早日恢复健康、减少复发。

Effect of health education on treatment compliance of family members of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease

Objective:To explore the effect of health education on treatment compliance of family members of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease. Methods:A case-control study method was performed in the study,432 children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,216 children in each group.Health education(including epidemiology,prevention,treatment,and nursing of hand-foot-and-mouth disease) was conducted among the family members in observation group;then the treatment compliances of family members in the two groups were compared. Results:The awareness degrees of family members in observation group to the occurrence,development,route of transmission,prevention,nursing of hand-foot-and-mouth disease were significantly higher than those of family members in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Timely and standard health education for family members of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease is helpful to improve the treatment compliance of them,promote recovery,and reduce recurrence.
