摘    要:目的:探讨诺雷德与丹莪妇康煎膏用于子宫内膜异位症术后辅助治疗的疗效。方法:回顾性分析145例子宫内膜异位症患者术后应用诺雷德(A组)及丹莪妇康煎膏(B组)和单纯行腹腔镜手术而未用药(C组)的临床有效率、复发率及受孕率。结果:A、B、C组的临床有效率分别为79.5%、75.0%、51.1%,复发率分别为11.4%、29.5%、34.9%;未孕者术后1年妊娠率分别为81.8%、69.2%、30.8%。结论:子宫内膜异位症术后加用诺雷德和丹莪妇康煎膏辅助治疗能显著提高临床有效率和受孕率,诺雷德能更显著地降低复发率。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the curative effects of Goserelin and Dan’efukang soft extract used for adjuvant therapy of the cases after endometriosis surgery. Methods:A total of 145 cases with endometriosis were selected and divided into group A(Goserelin),group B(Dan’efukang soft extract),and group C(without drug therapy,receiving laparoscopic surgery only),then the clinical effective rates,recurrence rates,and pregnancy rates in the three groups were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The clinical effective rates in group A,group B,and group C were 79.5%,75.0%,and 51.1%,respectively;the recurrence rates in group A,group B,and group C were 11.4%,29.5%,and 34.9%,respectively;the pregnancy rates at one year after surgery in group A,group B,and group C were 81.8%,69.2%,and 30.8%,respectively. Conclusion:Goserelin and Dan’efukang soft extract used for adjuvant therapy of the cases after endometriosis surgery can significantly improve clinical effective rate and pregnancy rate,Goserelin can reduce recurrence rate obviously.
