乐山市2001～2010年妇幼卫生年报统计与监测结果分析

目的:了解乐山市妇幼卫生年报与监测相关指标变化趋势。方法:按照卫生部《全国妇幼卫生调查制度》统一制定的妇幼卫生年报6张报表和《中国妇幼卫生监测方案》要求,由县妇幼保健院收集汇总上报。结果:婴儿死亡率从19.15‰下降至7.30‰;5岁以下儿童死亡率由25.18‰下降至10.01‰;5岁以下儿童中重度营养不良发生率由1.87%下降至0.77%;孕产妇死亡率由79.08/10万下降至15.70/10万;婚前医学检查率由0.33%上升至57.51%;新生儿疾病筛查率由21.02%上升至86.49%。结论:2001～2010年乐山市儿童死亡率与孕产妇死亡率呈下降趋势,保健与出生人口素质指标得到改善,妇女病检查是"两癌"防治的关键。

Analysis on statistical and monitoring results of maternal and child health annual reports in Leshan city from 2001 to 2010

Objective: To understand the annual reports of maternal and child health and the change trend of related indexes of monitoring. Methods: According to the requires of six annual reports of maternal and child health designed uniformly by Ministry of Public Health based on National Maternal and Child Health Survey System and China maternal and child health monitoring program,the data were collected and reported by maternal and child health hospitals at county level. Results: The mortality of infants decreased from 19.15‰ to 7.30‰;the mortality of children under five years old decreased from 25.18‰ to 10.01‰;the incidence of moderate-severe malnutrition among the children under five years old decreased from 1.87% to 0.77%;maternal mortality decreased from 79.08/100 000 to 15.70/100 000;the rate of premarital medical detection increased from 0.33% to 57.51%;the screening rate of neonatal diseases increased from 21.02% to 86.49%. Conclusion: The mortalities of children and pregnant women in Leshan city from 2001 to 2010 showed decreasing trends,the indexes of health care and quality of birth population were improved,examination of gynecological diseases are is the key to prevent and treat cervical cancer and breast cancer.
