妊娠期糖尿病孕妇孕期管理及饮食控制的临床意义

目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的孕期管理方法及饮食控制的临床意义。方法:口服50 g葡萄糖进行葡萄糖负荷试验筛查,对血糖≥7.8 mmol/L者做75 g糖耐量试验,将89例妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)和糖耐量受损(GIGT)孕妇与99例正常孕妇比较。结果:89例GDM和GIGT孕妇中有71例(80.1%)经饮食控制与适当运动后血糖控制良好,18例需加用胰岛素治疗。其母儿并发症中,除剖宫产率与对照组有统计学意义外(P<0.05),其他组与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加强妊娠期糖尿病的管理,用饮食控制疗法,辅以适当运动,可有效降低母婴并发症的发生。

Gestational management of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and the clinical significance of dietary control

Objective:To explore the methods of gestational management and the clinical significance of dietary control. Methods:50 g glucose loading test was used to screen the women,then the women with blood glucose≥7.8 mmol/L underwent 75 g oral glucose tolerance test,the results of 89 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) and impaired glucose tolerance(GIGT) were compared with those of 99 normal pregnant women. Results:Among 89 pregnant women with GDM and GIGT,the blood glucose levels of 71 pregnant women(80.1%) were controlled well after dietary control and moderate activity,18 pregnant women needed insulin therapy.There was statistically significant difference in the rate of cesarean section between case group and control group(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in the incidences of the other maternal and infantile complications between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Enhancing management of GDM,applying dietary control,and moderate activity can reduce the occurrence of maternal and infantile complications effectively.
