思密达保留灌肠联合口服锌制剂治疗小儿腹泻的临床研究

目的:探讨思密达保留灌肠联合口服锌制剂治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取2009年8月～2011年8月期间收治的小儿腹泻患者96例,根据区组化分组法随机将患儿分成研究组(思密达保留灌肠联合口服锌制剂治疗组)和对照组(常规基础治疗组),每组48例。两组患者经明确诊断和严格体检后均给予静脉补液和纠正酸碱平衡以及抗感染等常规基础治疗。而研究组患者则在常规治疗的基础上加用思密达保留灌肠与口服锌制剂的联合用药方案,并对两组患者的临床治疗效果改善情况进行系统化的对比分析。结果:与对照组患者相比,其研究组患者的显效率和总有效率均得到进一步的改善和提高,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与此同时,其平均止泻时间亦明显降低,差别亦呈现出统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:采用思密达保留灌肠联合口服锌制剂治疗小儿腹泻,其治疗效果显著,是小儿腹泻患者较为理想的药物联合治疗方案。

Clinical study on retention enema of Smecta combined with oral Zinc preparations for treatment of diarrhea in children

Objective:To study the clinical effect of retention enema of Smecta combined with oral Zinc preparations for treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods:All 96 children with diarrhea from August 2009 to August 2011 were randomly divided into study group and control group according to area group,48 patients in each group.All patients in the two groups were diagnosis and rigorous medical examination.Then they were treated with intravenous rehydration,correction of acid-base balance,and anti-infection treatments.In the based on the conventional treatment,the patients in study group were treated with retention enema of Smecta combined with oral Zinc preparation.The clinical effects of patients in the two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results:Compared with control group,the efficiency and the total effective rate of patients in study group were significant improved and enhanced,there were significant differences(P<0.05).At the same time,the average time of diarrhea had been significantly reduced,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using retention enema of Smecta combined with oral Zinc preparations for treatment of diarrhea in children has a significant treatment effect.It’s an ideal of more drugs in combination therapy for diarrhea in children.
