NSE和S-100蛋白的检测在判断新生儿脑损伤预后中的临床应用价值

摘    要:目的:研究神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和S-100蛋白检测在判断新生儿脑损伤预后中的临床应用价值。方法:选择36例脑损伤新生儿为病例组,同时选择30例正常新生儿为对照组,两组新生儿均于出生后1天检测血清NSE和S-100蛋白,并对两组新生儿的NBNA评分和Apgar评分进行评价。结果:病例组新生儿在NSE、S-100蛋白水平和NBNA评分均明显高于对照组新生儿,Apgar评分病例组明显低于对照组,差异均有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01);预后不良组新生儿NSE、S-100蛋白水平均明显高于预后良好组新生儿,Apgar评分预后不良组明显低于预后良好组,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01),进一步采用Spearman相关性分析发现,血清NSE、S-100蛋白与NBNA评分、Apgar评分均为高度的负相关(P<0.01)。结论:NSE和S-100蛋白检测能反应新生儿脑损伤的病情及预后,具有很好的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical application value of neuron specific enolase(NSE) and S-100 protein detection in determining the prognosis of neonates with cerebral injury.Methods:A total of 36 neonates with cerebral injury were selected as case group,and 30 normal neonates were selected as control group at the same period;the levels of serum NSE and S-100 protein in the neonates in the two groups were detected on the first day after birth,NBNA score and Apgar score were used to evaluate the neonates in the two groups.Results:The levels of serum NSE and S-100 protein,and NBNA score in case group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01),while Apgar score in case group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The levels of serum NSE and S-100 protein in poor prognosis group were statistically significantly higher than those in good prognosis group(P<0.01),while Apgar score in poor prognosis group was statistically significantly lower than that in good prognosis group(P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between serum NSE,S-100 protein and NBNA score,Apgar score(P<0.01).Conclusion:NSE and S-100 protein detection can reflect the severity and prognosis of neonates with cerebral injury,which have high clinical application values.
