首发精神分裂症患者脂质过氧化物及抗氧化酶水平的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨氧化应激在精神分裂症发病中的作用。方法:对首发且未服药的精神分裂症患者40例,行简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评定,并测定氧化应激相关指标。药物治疗12周后,再次进行上述检测。取40例健康志愿者外周血,检测相同生化指标。结果:患者组丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)较对照组显著升高(P〈0.01),而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)显著降低(P〈0.01)。治疗后MDA和CAT较治疗前显著降低(P〈0.01),而SOD及GSH-Px显著升高(P〈0.01)。结论:精神分裂症患者处于氧化应激状态,自由基增加,抗氧化能力降低,这些可能与精神分裂症的病理机制有关。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the function of oxidative stress in the etiology of schizophrenia.Methods:Forty first episode schizophrenic patients were recruited and assessed with BPRS.MDA,SOD,CAT and GSH-Px in plasma were de tected before and after treatment compared with matched control.Results:The average levels of MDA and CAT in patients were increased than that in control group(P〈0.01),while SOD and GSH-Px were decreased(P〈0.01).The concentrations of MDA and CAT after treatment were lower than that without treatment(P〈0.01)and SOD and GSH-Px were higher(P〈0.01).Conclusion:There is serious deregulation of oxidative and anti-oxidative metabolism system in schizophrenic patients.Both of increased free radicals and decreased anti-oxidative capacity may be relevant to the pathophysiology of schizophrenia.
