| 摘 要： | 目的探讨漏斗胸治疗经验。方法应用胸骨翻转术治疗5例,其中伴有肺囊肿、房间隔缺损各1例;胸骨上举术42例。结果除1例合并肺炎、2例气胸外,其余病例矫形满意。结论小儿漏斗胸应在2岁后尽早手术,对漏斗胸无伴存疾病小儿胸骨上举术可取得良好的矫形效果;伴存相对简单易处理的疾病可一期手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the surgical experience of funnel chest. Methods Five patients underwent modified with sternoturnover and forty - two sternum elevation, in which, one complicated with congenital pulmonary cyst and two with arterial septal defect. Results Except one cases of associated pneumonia and another of pneumothorax, the other cases were with satisfaction. Conclusion Children with funnel chest should have surgery as early as possible after they are two years old. When funnel chest without correlated diseases in children, sternum elevation could achieve a excellent orthopedic effect, when complicated with other simple diseases, may homochronous treatment together with sternum elevation, could also results in a satisfactory effect. |
