82例卵巢肿瘤癌基因与抗癌基因癌蛋白的研究

对82例卵巢浆济性和粘渡性肿瘤进行了基因产物EGF、EGF－R，p53的免疫组织化学研究。结果表明：EGF阳性占58％。EGF－R阳性占70％。，其中浆液性囊腺癌与浆液性囊腺瘤阳性表达率两组有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。p53阳性为68％。EGF阳性者与EGF－R阳性者，两者有非常显著性差异（P＜0．05）。EGF和EGF－R、p53同时表达占39．02％，与患者生存率无关。提示EGF、EGF－R、p53联合检测可为估价卵巢组织癌变和预后提供分子生物学依据。

Study of Oncogene and Antioncogene Protein in 82 Cases of Ovarian Tumors

Using immunohistochemical SP technic, the epidermal growth factor (EGF) and its receptor EGF-R and p53 protein were determined in 82 cases of serous or mucinous tumors of ovary. lt was found that EGF and EGF-R were positively stalned in 58 % and 70% of the tumors respectlvely. Significant difference of positive expressions existed between the serous cysta denoma and serous cystadenocarcinoma (P<0. 05 ). The positive rate of p53 expression was 68%. In 39. 02% of the cases expressions of EGF, EGF-R and p53 protein were present. There was no relationship between EGF. EGF-R, p53 expressions with the survival of the patients. The authors think that detection of EGF- EGF-R and p53 protein may be helpful in the surveillance of malignant change of ovarlan tumors and in evaluation of its prognosis.
