鸦胆子油乳注射液联合XELOX方案治疗晚期直肠癌患者的临床观察

目的探究鸦胆子油乳注射液联合XELOX方案治疗晚期直肠癌患者的临床效果。方法选择2016年7月-2018年7月期间我院接诊的96例晚期直肠癌患者,随机分为两组,给予对照组48例患者奥沙利铂^+卡培他滨片治疗,给予观察组48例患者鸦胆子油乳注射液联合XELOX方案治疗。比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能、生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(79.17%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者细胞免疫功能指标CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者体液免疫功能Ig A、Ig M、Ig G水平与对照组相比较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者KPS评分均高于治疗前,且观察组患者KPS评分高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期直肠癌患者采用鸦胆子油乳注射液联合XELOX方案治疗效果显著,能有效改善免疫功能,提高临床疗效和生活质量。

Effects of Brucea Javanica Oil Injection Combined with XELOX on Patients with Rectal Cancer

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of brucea javanica oil injection combined with XELOX against rectal cancer.Methods Ninety-six patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital between July 2016 and July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=48)in which the patients were given oxaliplatin plus capecitabine tablets,and the observation group(n=48)that was treated with brucea javanica oil injection combined with XELOX.The clinical efficacy,immune function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.75%,higher than 79.17%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cellular immune function indexes of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of humoral immune function indexes of IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were relatively high compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the KPS scores in the two groups were both shown to be higher,especially in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with rectal cancer,brucea javanica oil injection combined with XELOX can ensure significant curative effects,which can effectively improve the immune function,clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients.
