临床科室医疗质量综合评价方法探讨

为探索医院临床科室医疗质量综合评价的方法，采用综合指数评价方法对本院1999年各临床科室出院病例的各项医疗指标及经济指标,现代化 综合评价方法的前8名与传统评价方法的拟合率达75％，综合指数评价法既可从总体效益方面来分析和评价医院效益的全貌，又能进行各科室的同期对比分析，还可进行本科室的前后对比分析，对于医院科室的设置及评优，评先具有较强的实用性。

Discussion on Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Medical Quality of Clinic Departments

To probe the comprehensive evaluation method of medical quality of clinic departments, we selected 20 indicators about medical service and economy in outpatients' case records and evaluated by comprehensive index evaluation method. The results showed that the fit rate of the main 8 departments using comprehensive evaluation and the main 8 departments using traditional evaluation method was 75%. Therefore, comprehensive index evaluation not only could analyze and evaluate the overall hospital benefit, but also could conduct comprehensive analysis between different clinic departments in the same period and compared analysis before and after in the same department. It was very helpful to set up the clinic department and choose advanced department.
