内镜下治疗上消化道异物38例临床分析

目的:应用 Olympus-240电子胃镜对上消化道异物取出的方法及优点.方法: 回顾分析我院2002年2月至2007年2月间诊治上消化道异物病人38例的临床资料.结果: 38例中37例获得成功,1例失败转外科治疗,所有成功病例均无严重并发症发生.结论: 应用内镜下治疗上消化道异物简单、经济、安全有效.
