神经内科医院感染危险因素分析与护理对策

目的了解神经内科医院感染的危险因素和感染情况，采取有效的护理措施，以降低医院感染的发生率和病死率。方法采用回顾性调查方法，对2004年1月～12月的1251例神经内科出院患中的医院感染病例进行调查分析，制定护理对策。结果发生医院感染148例，感染率为11．83％；高龄患是医院感染的高危人群；脑血管疾病住院感染率高为7、75％；常见感染部位依次是：呼吸道、胃肠道和泌尿道等；住院时间越长感染率越高。结论加强病房管理。严格执行消毒隔离制度，合理使用抗生素，加强基础护理和健康教育，缩短住院天数，以降低神经内科医院感染的发生率。

Analysis of Risk Factors of Nosocomial Infections In Neurology Department and Its Nursing Strategy

Objective To explore the risk factors and status of nosocomial infections in Neurology Department and to adopt effective nursing measures to reduce the incidence of infection and death rates of the hospotal. Method Data of 1251 cases admitted in the department dated from January 2004 to December 2004 were collected and analyzed. Stratrgy of related nursing measures was designed. Results Nosoctomial infection occurred in 148 cases (11.83 % ), the elder patients had higher risk. The rate of nosocomial infection in patients with cerebral vascular disease was 7.75% . The common sites of infection were respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract and urinary tract. Incidence was higher among patients with longer hospitalstay. Conclusion The feasible measures of reducing nosocomial infection were to strengthen hospital management, reinforce disinfection and sterilization, reasonably use antibiotics, strengthen basic nrusing and health education, and shorten the time of hospitalization.
