中学生心理健康状况与意外伤害发生关系

目的 了解百色市中学生意外伤害的发生现状及其与心理健康状态的关系，为制定干预措施提供依据。方法 采取整群随机抽样的方法，随机抽取1855名百色市中学生，对其意外伤害的发生及心理健康状态进行问卷调查。结果 中学生意外伤害的发生率为31．81％，初中生伤害的发生率高于高中生；意外伤害的发生与年龄及SCL-90中的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性的心理因子有关。结论 不健康的心理状态是中学生意外伤害的危险因素，应对中学生进行有针对性的心理健康教育及安全训练，预防和控制中学生意外伤害的发生。

The relationship of psychological status and incidence of injuries in middle school students

Objective To explore the relationship between the current state of unintentional injury and the psychological state in middle school students of Baise city, and to provide some theoretical basis for carrying out effective intervention. Methods A cluster sampling method was conducted to perform questionnaire on 1 855 students which was selected randomly from middle schools of Baise city. Results The incidence of unintentional injury was 31.81%, and and there was significant difference in grades; the occurrence of unintentional injury was related to age and somatization, compulsion, sensitivity to human relation, depression, anxiety, psychiatric factors in SCL-90. Conclusions Unhealty psychological state is a risk factor of unintentional injury in middle school students. The mental health education and security training should be fortified to reduce the incidence rate of unintentional injury in middle school students.
