心血管病患者高敏C-反应蛋白测定的临床意义

目的探讨血清高敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平在心血管病变中的临床意义。方法采用乳胶增强免疫比浊法对30例确诊的高血压患者（高血压组）,31例冠心病患者（冠心病组）和35名体检健康者（对照组）进行血清hs-CRP检测。结果高血压组、冠心病组血清高敏C-反应蛋白水平显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论高敏C-反应蛋白可作为未来发生心血管疾病的一项强有力的独立预测因子,对健康人心血管病变的存在和发生心血管意外预测和预防具有重要意义。

Clinical Significance of Serum High-Sensitive C-Reactive Protein in Cardiovascular Lesions

Objective To explore the Clinical significance of high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in cardiovascular lesions.MethodsThree groups were recruited in this study:control group(n=35),hypertension group(n=30)and coronary heart disease group(n=31).High sensitive C-reactive protein was measured by latex enhancement immunity nephelometery.Results The serum high sensitive C-reactive protein levels in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were significantly increased than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum high sensitive C-reactive protein was a risk of strong independent predictor factor for future cardiovascular lesions.Hs-CRP was more significant to predict the occurrence and development of cardiovascular lesions.
