抗精神病药物联合经络氧疗法治疗精神分裂症阴性症状对照研究

目的探讨抗精神病药物联合经络氧疗法治疗长期住院精神分裂症患者阴性症状的疗效及安全性。方法将60例本次住院〉2a的以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组各30例,两组延用原抗精神病药物治疗,研究组联合经络氧疗法治疗。观察12w。于治疗前及治疗4w、8w、12w末采用简明精神病量表、阴性症状量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗12w末,研究组总有效率76.7%,对照组为56.7%,两组比较差异有显著性（χ^2=2.769,P〈0.05）;简明精神病量表评分治疗4w、8w末研究组较对照组下降显著（P均〈0.05）,12w末差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。阴性症状量表评分治疗12w末研究组较对照组下降显著（P〈0.05）;研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论抗精神病药物联合经络氧疗法治疗长期住院精神分裂症患者阴性症状较单用抗精神病药物疗效显著,并能在一定程度上改善抗精神病药物的不良反应。

A control study of antipsychotics plus meridian oxygen therapy in negative symptoms of schizophrenics

Objective To explore the curative effects and safety of antipsychotics plus meridian oxygen therapy in negative symptoms of long hospitalized schizophrenics.Methods 60 schizophrenics with mainly negative symptoms for more than 2 year hospitalization were randomly divided into research group(n=30)receiving antipsychotics plus meridian oxygen therapy and control group(n=30)single antipsychotics for 12 weeks.Curative effects were assessed with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)and the Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS)and adverse reactions with Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS)before treatment and at the ends of the 4th,8th and 12th week treatment.Results At the end of 12th week,total effective rates were 76.7% in the research and 56.7% in the control group,which showed significant difference(P<0.05),there was no significant difference at the end of the 12th week(P>0.05).Scores of the BPRS were obviously lower in the research than in the control group at the ends of the 4th and 8th week,and there was no obvious difference at the end of the 12th week(P>0.05).The score of the SANS at the end of the 12th week decreased more significantly in the research than in the control group(P<0.05);incidences of adverse reactions were significantly lower in the research than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Antipsychotics plus meridian oxygen therapy has more significant efficacy in negative symptoms of long hospitalized schizophrenics and can improve adverse reactions of antipsychotics to some extent.
