| Abstract: | In order to improve the medical system in new period, we must propel the improving of medical ethics by the improving of the medical system; protect the realize of the coincidence between morality and happiness by the equation between moral right and moral obligation; balance the different occupation about information by the communication between doctor and patient; build the doctor-patient harmonious relationship by the construction of systemized-ethics. |
