| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肿瘤相关病毒HPV16、EB病毒及HBV感染与胃癌的相关性。方法：选择临床病理确诊的胃癌组织及其癌旁正常胃黏膜组织标本各40份，用PCR方法检测标本中HPV16、EB病毒及HBV DNA。结果：胃癌及癌旁正常胃黏膜组织标本中，HPV16DNA阳性检出率分别为25％（10／40）和0（0／40），EB病毒DNA阳性检出率分别为17．5％（7／40）和0（0／40），差异均有显性（P＜0．05）；HPV16、EB病毒DNA同时呈阳性的检出率为5％（2／40）；HBV DNA在胃癌组织和癌旁正常胃黏膜组织中的检出率均为0。结论：HPV16、EB病毒感染可能与胃癌的发生相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between Human Papillomavirus (HPV) type 16, Epstein Barr Virus (EBV) and Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infections and gastric carcinoma (GC).Methods:Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique was used to detect HPV16, EBV and HBV DNA in 40 fresh GC and 40 fresh normal gastric mucosa adjacent to the tumour (NGMAT).Results:HPV16 DNA was found in 25% (10/40) of GC specimens and in none (0/40) of NGMAT (P<0.01), EBV DNA was found in 17.5% (7/40) of GC specimens and again in none (0/40) of NGMAT (P<0.01), HPV16 and EBV DNA was found in 5%(2/40) in GC specimens; HBV DNA was detected in none of GC specimens nor NGMAT.Conclusion:HPV16 and EBV infection are likely to be involved in the development of GC. |
