黄芩温度敏感凝胶剂的研究

摘    要:目的:研制黄芩温度敏感原位凝胶。方法:采用搅拌子法测定相转变温度并测定黏度,从而确定处方。测定了凝胶的眼刺激性。采用荧光示踪法观察了眼部滞留时间。结果:确定质量分数20%的泊洛沙姆407和10%的泊洛沙姆188作为黄芩温度敏感原位凝胶的基质。黄芩温度敏感原位凝胶对兔眼无刺激。凝胶的眼部滞留时间是(150±8)min。结论:黄芩温度敏感原位凝胶达到了滴入眼内形成凝胶并且延长滞留时间的目的。

Abstract:Objective: To study scutellaria thermosensitive gel in situ.Method: The phase transition temperature of gel with various concentration polymer solutions was studied by using stirring method and the viscosity of gel was monitored under different temperatures.Eye irritation experiments were performed with rabbit.The duration of residence time in rabbit eyes of scutellaria thermosensitive gel was observed with 2% fluorescein.Result: 20% poloxmar407 and 10% poloxmar 188 were suitable to scutellaria thermosensitive gel in situ.The results suggested that the scutellaria thermosensitive gel in situ based on poloxmar were nonirritant and retention time on the surface of eye was(150±8) min.Conclusion: The scutellaria thermosensitive gel in situ forms gel in eye and has longer release time than that of eye drops.
