自然人群高血糖情况及影响因素研究

目的 :研究自然人群高血糖的现患情况及影响因素。方法 :采用流行病学调查方法 ,应用血糖快速测定仪测清晨空腹口服溶于 3 0 0ml温开水中的 75 g葡萄糖后 2h的血糖值 ,调查资料用Epiinfo6 0 0、SPSS10 0和SAS6 12统计软件处理。结果 :①自然人群指尖血糖的平均值为 4 5mmol/L ,数值分布呈非标准正态分布 ;②高血糖的现患率为 5 2 9% ,标化现患率为5 0 7% ,其中男、女性现患率分别为 2 2 2 %和 3 2 9%。高血糖的现患率随年龄升高而升高 ;③ 15～ 74岁糖尿病患病率为1 71% ,标化患病率为 1 63 % ,糖耐量减低患病率为 1 2 0 % ,标化患病率为 1 14 % ;④年龄、肥胖超重、腰 /臀比、高血压、文化程度、家庭收入、糖尿病家族史、肥胖家族史是高血糖的独立危险因素。结论 :高血糖是由遗传和环境共同作用所致 ,高血糖与糖尿病拥有共同的危险因素 ,在高血糖防制中对肥胖超重、经济收入高而文化程度低的人群尤其要重视。

STUDY ON THE INFLUENCED FACTORS AND THE SUFFERING CIRCS OF HIGH BG IN NATURAL HERDS

Objective:To study the influenced factors and the suffering circs of high BG in natural herds.Methods:By making the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) to natural herds which cover 30 078 persons, we get the epidemiologial datas of BG value and analyse them with the softwares of Epi info6.00,SPSS10.0 and SAS6.12.Results:①The average BG value of the whole blood in natural herds is 4 5mmol/L. The frequency distribution of the BG value shows the non-standarded Gaussian distribution.②The morbidity of the high BG is 5 29% and it increases following herds' age getting high. The standardized morbidity is 5 07%(of which the male is 2 22% and the female is 3 29%).③The morbidity of diabetes in the berds of 15～74 year-old is 1 71% and the standardized morbidity is 1 63%.The morbidity of IGT is 1 20% and standardized morbidity is 1 14%.④The independent risk factors of the high BG are:age,obesity and overweight, WHR,hypertension,level of education,income of the family,and the family history of diabetes and obesity.Conclusion:The high BG is caused by heredity and environment effected synthetically.The same risk factors occur in the high BG and the diabetes.Special attention must be taken to the herds such as obesity and overweight, high income with low level of education in prevention of high BG.
