Orem自理理论在肠造口病人护理中的应用

目的:应用Orem自理理论护理肠造口病人,提高肠造口病人对相关知识的掌握程度,提高其生存质量。方法:对53例肠造口病人随机分为两组,观察组28例,常规组25例。常规组给予常规护理及造口相关知识的指导,观察组应用Orem自理理论进行评估、护理。在出院前2d,对两组病人肠造口护理相关知识的掌握程度进行比较。结果:观察组对肠造口相关知识的掌握程度明显高于常规组。结论:将Orem自理理论运用于肠造口病人的护理,可增强病人的自信心,有助于病人回归家庭及社会,提高其生存质量。

Application of the Orem self - nursing theory in nursing of patients with fistula enterostomy

Objective:Using Orem self-nursing to treat patients with fistula enterostomy,to raise the level of quality life and mastering knowledge rlated to fistula.Method:53 patients with fistula enterostomy were divided into two groups,the observation group(n=28)using orem self-nursing and given evaluated and attended;the routine group(n=25)using normal nursing and given guide for relative knowledge.The knowledge correlated to the level of nursing fistula was compared between the two groups before to leaving hospital. Results:The level of correlated knowledge and degree of satisfaction in the observation group was obviously higher than those in the routine group. Conclusion:It is significant to use the Orem self-nursing theory in nursing fistula after enterostomy.It may help the patients recur to household and society more enjoyably and enhance the qualiy of survive.
