| 摘 要： | 邻二氮菲-Fe(2+)氧化法及硫代巴比妥酸比色法实验结果表明，红花黄色素清除羟自由基及抑制小鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化作用的IC50。分别为7.5g／L、5.7×10-2g／L，两作用均呈明显的量效关系。SDS－PAGE电泳结果表明，红花黄色素可抑制羟自由基诱发的兔抗凝血酶Ⅲ解聚。

| Abstract: | Hydroxyl radical and peroxide are the important substances that involve in formation of a-rteriosclerostic disease, Which is partly due to their damage effeCts on antithrombin Ⅲ.The results of this study showed that traditional Chinese medicine - Safflor YelloW could scavenge the hydroxyl radical in mouses, using 1, 10 - phenanthroline - Fe(2+) assay. The scavenging rate increased as the concentration of Safflor Yellow was raised, that attained 85% when the concentration of Safflor Yellow was 15g/L. A dose- effective relation was also found between the concentration of Safflor Yellow and the inhibiting rate of lipid peroxidation in mouse liver suspension. The results of SDS - PAGE electrophoresis showed that Safflor Yellow had a directly protective effect on antithrombin Ⅲ against the damage of hydroxyl radical. |
