| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨男性系统性红斑狼疮(MSLE)的临床特点及预后,并与女性SLE(FSLE)患者进行比较.方法:回顾性分析29例MSLE和29例FSLE患者的临床表现、血清学及治疗后情况.结果:男性患者关节痛、蝶形红斑、脱发、雷诺现象均较女性少见,而肾脏、中枢神经系统及呼吸系统损害较女性常见且严重.结论:男性与女性SLE的临床表现及预后有一定差异,应引起重视.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical features and prognosis of male systemic lupus erythenatosus(MSLE) and compare with FSLE.Method: We reviewed symptom of 29 cases MSLE and 20 cases FLSE clinical,serology and treatment.Result: The arthralgia,butterfly wings,erythem trichonhea ray,naud's phenomenon are less in female than those in male.On the controry.The kidney,central nerve system and respairy system damage are obvious in FSLE group.Conclusion: There's difference of clinical symptom and prognosis between MELE and FSLE. |
