牯岭蛇葡萄根的生药学研究

摘    要:目的:为牯岭葡萄Ampelopsis brevipedunculata (Maxim.)Trautv.var.kulingensis Rehd.根的开发利用提供鉴定依据。方法性状鉴定、显微鉴定及薄层色谱分析。结果详细描述了牯岭蛇葡萄根根的性状和显微鉴别特性,经薄层色谱分析发现该药材含有羽扇豆醇等4种成分。结论所发现的这些特征可作为鉴别牯岭葡萄根的依据。

Abstract:Object To provide evidences for the identification of the root of Ampelopsis brevipedunculata (Maxim.) Trautv. var kulingensis Rehd as a basis for the rational exploitation and utilization of this medicinal plant Methods The characteristic features were studied by macroscopic and microscopic observations and its chemical costituents identified qualitatively by TLC Results Macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of this crude drug were described 4 chemical compositions, such as lupeol, were found by TLC Conclusion The distinct characteristics revealed in the studies could provide a basis for the identification of this crude drug
