支气管袖状肺叶切除术治疗中心型肺癌（附40例报告）

目的：探讨支气管袖状肺叶切除术治疗中心型肺癌的临床疗效。方法：采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的中心型肺癌患者的临床资料,依据治疗方式的不同分为观察组和对照组。结果：观察组术后肺功能、VAS评分及生活质量评分均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组术后1、3、5年生存率均高于对照组,（P〈0.05）,差异均有统计学意义。结论：支气管袖状肺叶切除术治疗中心型肺癌的临床疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Observation of Curing Central Type Lung Cancer by Bronchial Sleeve Lobectomy (40 Cases Analgsis)

Objective：To approach the clinical curative effect of curing central type lung cancer by bronchial sleeve lobectomy.Methods：To retrospective analyze the clinical data of central type lung cancer patients in our hospital,which was to be divided into detection group and control group.Results：The lung function、VAS score、quality of life score were better than control group,P〈0.05,the survival rate after operation one year、three year、five year of detection group were higher than control group,P〈0.05,the difference was statistical significance.Conclusions：The clinical curative effect of curing central type lung cancer by bronchial sleeve lobectomy was good,which was to be used.
