高频超声和彩色多普勒血流成像对女性和儿童脉络膜黑色素瘤的诊断

目的:探讨高频超声和彩色多普勒血流成像对女性和儿童脉络膜黑色素瘤的诊断价值。方法:对14例经手术病理证实的脉络膜黑色素瘤的高频超声和彩色多普勒血流成像进行回顾性分析。结果:高频超声显示肿瘤呈半圆形7例,蘑菇形5例,扁平形2例,11例内部回声较均匀,2例内部回声不均匀,1例呈混合性回声,伴挖空征8例,凹陷征4例;其中继发性视网膜脱离10例。彩色多普勒血流成像可见肿瘤内血流信号丰富,根据血流分布状态分为树枝状8例,繁星状5例,仅1例血流信号减少。结论:彩色多普勒血流成像和高频超声对脉络膜黑色素瘤诊断可提供更丰富的信息,对于早期诊断脉络膜黑色素瘤具有较高的诊断价值。

Value of high-frequency ultrasound and Doppler color flow imaging in diagnosing female and children melanoma of choroid

Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) and high frequency ultrasonography in female and children melanoma of choroid.Methods:Retrospectively analysis was conducted on the CDFI and high frequency ultrasonography characters of fourteen cases with that in the pathological examination.Results:High frequency ultrasonography showed seven cases were of hemispherical shape and five were in the shape of mushroom and others were flat type.Eleven appeared even echo and in the middle of the tumors and two in uneven echo,only one was in mixed echo,with eight hollow signs and four choroidal excavations.Ten cases were associated with secondary retinal detachment.CDFI showed abundant flow signals in the tumors.It can be divided into three types according to flow distribution: eight cases were dendritic,five were star-like,only one case showed less flow signals.Conclusion:CDFI and high frequency ultrasonography are of excellent value in offering significant typical manifestations at the beginning of the disease.
