| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肉芽创面的治疗方法。方法:将皮肤移植结合烧伤湿性疗法治疗的36例肉芽创面与同期采用皮肤移植后常规包扎疗法的32例肉芽创面作为对照,比较其愈合时间、皮片存活情况。结果:治疗组创面愈合时间少于对照组(P<0.01),皮片存活情况明显优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:皮肤移植结合烧伤湿性医疗技术治疗肉芽创面,疗效明显优于皮肤移植后包扎疗法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To find a method for treating granulation wounds. Method: In MEBT/MEBO group, 36 cases of granulation wounds were treated with MEBT/MEBO after skin grafting, and at the same time, in control group, 32 cases of the same disease were treated with skin grafting alone. The efficacy of the 2 groups was compared. Result: In MEBT/MEBO group, wound healing time was shortened, as compared with the control (P<0. 01). Skin graft survival rate was higher than that in control group (P<0. 001). Conclusion: Skin grafting in association with MEBT/MEBO is superior to skin grafting alone in treating granulation wounds. |
