大肠腺癌组织中nm23和c—abl的表达

目的研究肿瘤转移抑制基因ｎｍ２３和细胞癌基因ｃ－ａｂｌ在１２４例人类大肠癌中的表达，分析其变化的意义。方法免疫组化ＡＢＣ法。结果ｎｍ２３低表达与大肠癌组织分型、侵袭程度显著相关（Ｐ＜０．０５），ｎｍ２３低表达者淋巴结转移率（８７％）比正常表达者（１０％）高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ｃ－ａｂｌ在不同分化程度大肠癌中的表达无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。ｃ－ａｂｌ表达变化与肿瘤的浸润程度、淋巴结转移呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论ｎｍ２３低表达、ｃ－ａｂｌ高表达在大肠癌的发生、发展和淋巴结转移过程中起重要作用

EXPRESSION OF nm23 AND c abl IN COLORECTAL CARCINOMA

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of nm23 and c abl in human colorectal carcinoma.Methods By using ABC immunohistochemical methods,the correlation between the expression of nm23 and c abl and the biological behaviour in primary human colorectal carcinoma in 124 cases were studied.Results The results showed that a significant correlation between the lower expression of nm23 and the depth of cancer invasion was found. nm23 in lower expressive tumors were associatied with a higher incidence of metastasis to lymph nodes(87%)than nm23 in normal expressive ones (10%, P <0.05).Expression of c abl showed a positive correlation with tumor invasion and lymph node involvement ( P <0.05),while difference of the expression in highly or poorly differentiated colorectal carcinoma was insignificant.Conclution These data suggested that abnormality of several genes may be involved in colorectal carcinoma ,and high expression of c abl and low expression of nm23 plays an important role in the progress of tumor.
