银川市职业人群代谢综合征调查分析

摘    要:目的了解银川市职业人群的代谢综合征的患病情况。方法对银川市部分体检职业人群进行问卷调查和体格检查,检测血脂、血糖等,并对相关因素进行分析。结果受检人群高血压、高TG、低HDL-C、高空腹血糖、超重/肥胖的患病率分别为23.57%、27.55%、19.25%、9.08%、25.04%。66.65%的职业人群存在代谢异常,代谢综合征患病率为17.26%,且代谢异常患病率随年龄增大而增加。结论代谢异常在银川市职业人群中普遍存在,早期筛检发现高危人群,及时给予生活方式干预意义重大。

Abstract:Objective To study the prevalence status of metabolic syndrome(MS) in Yinchuan.Methods A questionnaire investigation and medical examination were conducted among subjects.The levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglyceride(TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were determined.All clinical data were compared and analysis.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension,higher of TG,lower of HDL-C,higher of FPG,overweight or obesity were 23.57%,27.55%,19.25%,9.08% and 25.04%,respectively.There were 66.65% subjects with different degrees of metabolic abnormity.The prevalence rate of MS was 17.26%.The proportion of subjects with two to more than two kinds of metabolic abnormity increased among aged people.Conclusion There are higher prevalence rates of metabolic abnormity in Yinchuan occupation populations.It is important that early screening to find out the high-risk MS groups and timely intervention on life style.
