| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨牙科dental CT（DCT）成像技术在口腔颌面外科的应用价值。资料与方法 对45例患者颌骨行1mm层厚轴位DCT扫描，观察病变的显示情况并与全景片和手术结果对比。结果 DCT正确指导了16例牙种植；对12例肿瘤和囊肿的病变范围显示准确；正确指导16例埋伏阻生牙的手术方式；显示1例口腔瘘管。结论 DCT可以为牙种植、肿瘤与囊肿、埋伏阻生牙、炎症的诊断提供足够有效的信息，并为其治疗方案和手术方式的选择提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the utility of dental CT (DCT) program in oral maxillofacial surgery.Materials and Methods 45 patients were accepted Axial DCT scan in 1mm slice width, the images were compared with tomographies and operations.Results 16 implantations were undertaken by the instructions of DCT images; 12 tumors and cysts were depicted correctly on their DCT images, the inferences of nature were coincident with their pathological diagnosis; Operation modes of 16 impacted and embedded tooth were appropriately guided; 1 patient was demonstrated a fistula between oral cavity and maxillary sinus on DCT images. Conclusion DCT could provide sufficiently valuable evidences in diagnose and surgical therapy of dental implantation, tumor and cyst, impacted and embedded tooth, inflammatory diseases. |
