| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨莪术醇( curcumoI)在体外对人鼻咽癌CNE2细胞增殖、凋亡及周期的影响,为其临床治疗鼻咽癌提供理论依据.方法 不同浓度莪术醇作用于人鼻咽癌CNE2细胞后,用MTT法和流式细胞仪检测不同时间点鼻咽癌细胞CNE2的增殖、凋亡及周期分布.结果 莪术醇在体外明显抑制鼻咽癌CNE2细胞的增殖,且呈浓度和时间依赖...
