学习困难儿童发锌、铜、铁含量测定

摘    要:目的 测定学习困难儿童发锌、铜、铁含量 ,探讨微量元素对儿童学习困难的影响 ,为预防学习困难提供理论依据。 方法 用学习困难儿童评定量表对衡阳市某小学四、五年级学生 2 80名进行学习困难的评定 ,评出 46名学习困难儿童 ,并选出 46名对照儿童 ;用火焰原子吸收法测定其头发中的微量元素锌、铜、铁的含量。 结果 调查显示 ,学习困难儿童发中微量元素锌、铜的含量显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) 结论 发中微量元素锌、铜含量可能与儿童学习困难有关

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of microelement in children with learning disability and to determine the content of microelement Zinc Copper Ferrous in order to provide a theoretic basis for proventing children learning disabilities. Methods Microelement Zinc Copper Ferrous of contents in hair and evaluation of learning disability are performed in 46 children with learning disabilities control group is 46 normal children. Result There were statistical significance in Zn Cu contents of the hair between LD group and control group ,but there are not statistical significance in iron contents of hair between two groups. Conclusion Contents of zinc copper of hair relate probably to learning disabilities of children.
