住院医师培养个人筹资能力与意愿及市场筹资机制分析

住院医师培养的个人筹资和市场筹资是政府及培养单位(医院)筹资以外的重要筹资渠道。为回答如何发挥市场的筹资机制、个人的筹资能力与意愿有多大等问题，对中南大学附属湘雅二医院(以下简称湘雅二院)和复旦大学附属中山医院(以下简称中山医院)正在接受培养的、来自不同专业的91名住院医师进行了问卷调查。结果表明：目前，住院医师的月均收入为1706．95元，低于被调查医院医务人员的平均收入，生活费用来源由大学期间100．0％来自家庭变为目前100．0％来自本人；个人筹资的可能性极小，应该借“单位人”培养模式转为“社会人”培养模式的契机，让用人单位承担一定的培养费用；同时，政府应建立并完善“社会人”培养模式的相关政策，并通过媒体等手段使市场筹资的理念得以推广。

Individual and Market Financial Capacity Analysis for National Medical Resident Training Program

Individual financing and market financing is imporant channel excepted the national financing.For answer thequestions how to implement the market and individual financing mechanism?How about the ability and willingness of financing of the residents?91 residents from Center China University Xiangya hospital (Hu'nan Province)and Fudan University Zhongshan hospital (Shanghai)were investigated via questionnaire.The results indicated that:current total income of the residents is 1 706.95 Yuan,it is lower than the professional medical staffs their colleagues in the same hospital;100.0% of their life cost undertaken by themselves rather than by their parents when the university time;it is mostly impossible to finance via themselves,We suggested that market financing should be established by government effective management and relevant health policy
