血液灌流治疗重度有机磷农药中毒疗效观察

目的 探讨血液灌流治疗重度有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效.方法 按入院的先后顺序,82例重度有机磷农药中毒患者被随机分为观察与对照两组（n=41）.对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用血液灌流治疗.观察比较两组患者的各项疗效指标.结果 观察组的治愈率（90.2%）高于对照组（70.7%）,而并发症发生率为2.4%,低于对照组的14.6%（P＜0.05）;阿托品和解磷定总用量为（345.8±40.5）mg和（14.2±1.9）g,均少于对照组的（583.2±45.7）mg和（25.4±3.5）g;住院时间为（8.2±1.7）d,短于对照组的（11.2±1.8）d（P＜0.01）.结论 血液灌流可以明显提高重度有机磷农药中毒患者的治愈率,降低并发症发生率,是抢救重度有机磷农药中毒的有效措施.

Observation on curative effects of hemoperfusion on severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of hemoperfusion on severe organophosphoms pesticide poisoning. Methods According to the order of admission,82 patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into observation and control groups （n = 41 ）. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group also received the hemoperfusion on the basis of conventional therapy. Various clinical indicators in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group （90.2%） was higher than that of the control group （70.7%）, while its incidence of complication （2.4%） was lower than that of the control group （ 14.6% ） （ P 〈 0.05）. The total dosage of atropine and pralidoxime in the observation group （ 345.8 ±40.5 ） mg and （ 14.2 ±1.9 ） g] was less than that of the control group （ 583.2 ±45.7 ） mg and（25.4 ±3.5 ） g], and its length of stay in hospital was shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Hemoperfusion can significantly increase the cure rate of patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and reduce the incidence of complications. It is an effective method for the rescue of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
