AMI患者PWV与颈动脉IMT的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 评价急性心肌梗死患者脉搏波传导速度与颈动脉内膜厚度的关系.方法 以2012年1月~2012年12月本科收治的急性心肌梗死患者165例为急性心肌梗死组,以同期非冠心病患者170例为对照组.在所有患者病情稳定后,接受脉搏波传导速度及颈动脉超声检测,研究两者的相关性.结果 急性心肌梗死组脉搏波传导速度为(1558±348)cm/s,颈动脉内中膜厚度为(1.18±0.26)mm;对照组分别为(1247±284)cm/s和(0.78±0.23)mm,均明显低于急性心肌梗死组.急性心肌梗死组脉搏波传导速度与颈动脉内中膜厚度明显正相关,而对照组两者无相关性.结论 急性心肌梗死患者脉搏波传导速度及颈动脉内中膜厚度较正常组高,两者有显著相关性.

Abstract:Objective To evahmte the correlation between pulse wave velocity (PWV) and intima media thickness (IMT) of carotid artery in patients with acute myocardial infraction (AMI). Methods 165 patients with AMI who were hospitalized between January and December 2012 were selected as AMI group, while 170 patients without coronary artery disease who were hospitalized at the same time were selected as control group. After ali the patients'conditions were stable, they received the detection of pulse wave velocity (PWV) and carotid artery ultrasonic examination, and the correlation was studied. Results The PWV in the AMI group was( 1158 ± 348)cm/s, the carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) was (1. 18 ± 0.26)mm. Those indexes in the control group were (1247 ± 284) cm/s and(0.78 ± 0. 23 ) mm, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the AMI group. There was a positive correlation between the PWV and IMT in the AMI group, while there was no correlation between the two in the control group. Conclusion The PWV and IMT in patients with AMI are higher than those in people without coronary artery disease, and the correlation is significant.
