老年下肢骨折的中医护理

目的探讨老年人下肢骨折术后中医护理方法。方法我科于2008年1月²013年12月收治60岁以上老年下肢骨折患者105例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组52例,观察组53例。两组患者均经手法复位、夹板、石膏固定及牵引复位;或经皮穿针及开放复位等可靠内外固定。对照组给予术后常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,加强情志疏导及饮食调护;结合针刺、穴位按摩、肌肉拿搓及中药熏洗、外敷、漱口、内服等有针对性的中医护理干预措施。结果观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(p<0.05),住院天数较对照组明显缩短(p<0.05),住院费用较对照组明显降低(p<0.05),患者对护理满意度明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论老年人骨折术后做好中医临证护理,能有效减少并发症发生,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,提高患者对护理工作满意度。

TCM NURSING OF SENILE FRACTURE OF LOWER LIMB

Objective To investigate the postoperative TCM nursing method for fracture in elderly patients. Methods From January 2008 to December 2013 there were 105 lower limb fracture cases of patients over 60 years old in our department, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 52 cases in the control group, 53 cases in the observation group. Two groups of patients after manual reduction, plaster and splint, traction reduction; or percutaneous and open reduction and so on reliable external or internal fixation. The control group were given conventional nursing, the observation group given targeted nursing intervention measures. On the same basis as control group they were given sychological counseling and diet nursing associated with acupuncture, point massage, muscle rub as well as Chinese herb fumigation, external application, oral rising, orally taken, etc. Results The complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group （p 〈 0. 05 ）, length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group （p 〈 0. 05 ）, and hospital costs were significantly lower than the control group （p 〈 0. 05 ）, patients＇ care satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Condusion Doing the best clinical nursing care according TCM for the elderly fracture patient after operation can reduce complications, shorten hospital stay, reduce the cost of hospitalization, improved patient satisfaction with nursing work.
