女性不孕症抗子宫内膜抗体与支原体感染相关性分析

目的探讨女性不孕症患者抗子宫内膜抗体(AEMAb)与解脲支原体(UU)感染的关系。方法血清抗子宫内膜抗体采用ELISA法,解脲支原体采用培养法,分别检测175例女性不孕症患者血清中的抗子宫内膜抗体和解脲支原体。结果 UU阳性有67例,阳性率为38.3%(67/175),UU阴性有108例;UU阳性组中,血清AEMAb阳性32例,阳性率为47.8%(32/67);UU阴性组中,血清AEMAb阳性26例,阳性率为24.1%(26/108)。血清AEMAb阳性率UU阳性组明显高于UU阴性组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论解脲支原体感染是女性生殖道感染的常见病原体,UU感染能诱导机体产生AEMAb,导致女性免疫性不育。

ANALYSIS OF THE CORRELATION BETWEEN ANTIENDOMETRIAL ANTIBODY AND MYCOPLASMA INFECTION IN FEMALE INFERTILITY

Objective To investigate the correlation between antiendometrial antibody （AEMAb） and ure- aplasma urealyticum （UU） infection in female infertility. Methods Antiendometrial antibody （AEMAb） in serum was detected with Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）, UU with culture method, and 175 cases of female infertility were detected of antiendometrial antibody in serum and ureaplasma urealyticum. Results Among 175 cases of female infertility,UU positive in 67 cases, the positive rate was 38.3%, UU negative in 108 cases; in UU positive group, 32 cases of serum AEMAb positive, the positive rate was 47.8% ; in UU negative group,the serum AEMAb positive in 26 cases, the positive rate was 24. 1%. In UU positive group, the AEMAb positive rate was higher than that in UU negative group,the difference was statistically significant （p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ureaplasma urealyticum is a common pathogen inducing female reproductive tract infection, UU infecton can stimulate the body to produce AEMAb leading to female immune infertility.
