摘    要:医学生临床实习阶段的教学将起到一个承前转后的作用,这一阶段的教学质量将直接关系到医学生能否成为一名合格的临床医生、高等医学教育能否达到既定目标。本次问卷调查选取7年制学生29名、本科生185名进行问卷调查,并通过回归分析引出“对毕业实习的重视程度”等11项主要因素,然后围绕带教教师因素、循证医学、实习安排、临床技能培养、校外临床学院等对策进行了探讨。

Abstract:The teaching of clinical practice is a significant link between the preclinical medicine and clinical medicine The quality of teaching of this phase directly determines whether medical students can become a qualified clinicians and whether higher medical education can achieve the set goals.29 students from seven-year clinical medicine and 185 undergraduate students were recruited for this survey.11 major factors were made by regression analysis,for example,the degree of importance attached to the graduating interns.Our study proposes some corresponding responses based on teachers,evidence-based medicine,arrangement of practice,development of clinical skills and clinical colleges of outside.
