介绍汪亚群治疗卒中相关性肺炎的临床经验。汪亚群教授认为,卒中相关性肺炎作为脑卒中最常见并发症,是由新旧邪气互结,损伤肺脏所致,风痰热瘀为病理因素;临床常见证型为痰湿阻肺、痰热蕴肺、外寒内热、风热袭肺、肺脾两虚及气阴不足;治疗上亦相应选用二陈汤、三子养亲汤、清金化痰汤、苇茎汤、麻杏石甘汤、小承气汤、银翘散、桑杏汤、六君子汤、补肺汤、六味地黄丸、沙参清肺汤等等。

Experience Introduction of WANG Yaqun Treating Stroke-Associated Pneumonia

This paper introduces the clinical experience of WANG Yaqun treating stroke-associated pneumonia.Professor WANG Yaqun believes that as the most common complication of stroke,stroke-associated pneumonia is caused by the combination of old and new pathogenic qi and lung injury,with wind,phlegm,heat and blood stasis being its pathological factors.The common clinical syndromes and types are phlegm-damp obstructing the lung,phlegm-heat accumulated in the lung,external cold and internal heat,wind-heat attacking the lung,deficiency of both the lung and spleen and deficiency of qi and yin.In terms of treatment,Erchen tang,Sanzi Yangqin tang,Qingjin Huatan tang,Weijing tang,Maxing Shigan tang,Xiaochengqi tang,yinqiao powder,sangxing tang,Liujunzi tang,Bufei tang,Liuwei Dihuang pills and Shashen Qingfei tang are applied correspondingly.
