摘    要:目的:建立用紫外-可见分光光度法测定冰糖草总黄酮含量的方法.方法:对显色剂的种类、浓度与用量进行考察,采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色反应体系,测定冰糖草中总黄酮含量.结果:以芦丁为对照品,测定波长为506 nm,在4.8~96.2 mg·L-1线性关系良好(r =0.999 3),平均回收率为103.71% (RSD 2.68%,n=6).结论:该方法简便、快捷、准确,可作为冰糖草总黄酮含量测定的方法.

Abstract:Objective:To establish a quantitative method for the determination of total flavonoids in Scoparia dulcis by UV-VIS spectrophotometry. Method: The effects of species, concentration, and dosage of chromogenic reagent were studied, and NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH colour reaction system was used for content determination of total flavonoids in Scoparia dulcis. Result: Using rutin as comparison sample, the detection wave length was set at 506 nm. There was good linear relationship during 4.8-96.2 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 3). The average recovery rate was 103.71% (RSD 2.68%, n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for the quantitative method of S. dulcis.
