| 摘 要： | 目的：采用正交试验法，以梓醇及固体提取物含量为评价指标，优选鲜地黄闪式提取的最佳工艺。方法：采用四因素三水平设计试验与正交试验相结合的方法进行提取工艺的优选，采用RP—HPLC法进行含量测定。结果：确定了最佳提取工艺，即溶质与溶剂比为1:3，提取时间为3分钟，提取次数1次。结论：优选出的工艺快速，科学合理。

| Abstract: | Purpose: using orthogonal experiment method, contents of catalpol and extracts of solid indicators for evaluation, to optimize flash-type extraction process of fresh rehmannia glutinosa. Methods: combing a four-factor and three-level test with orthogonal experiment method for optimization of extraction process, using RP-HPLC method for content determination. Results: to determine the optimum extraction process, that is, the solute and solvent ratio is 1:3, extraction time of 3 minutes, extract 1 time. Conclusion: the optimized process is quick, scientific and reasonable. |
