小花山小橘叶、茎挥发油GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的:分析小花山小橘叶、茎中挥发油成分,对比二者成分差异,为小花山小橘进一步研究奠定基础。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取小花山小橘叶、茎的挥发油成分,应用GC-MS技术分离和鉴定各化学组分,用峰面积归一化法计算各化学成分的相对含量。结果:从小花山小橘叶的挥发油成分中鉴定了38个化合物,占总量的92.28%;从其茎挥发油成分中鉴定了36个化合物,占总量的80.57%。结论:小花山小橘叶、茎挥发油成分差异较大,但二者均以石竹烯含量最高。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze and identify the chemical components and compare the chemical constituents of volatile oil from leaves and stems of Glycosmis parviflora, providing scientific basis for its further research. Method: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation. The constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative content of each constituent was determined by area normalization method. Result: 38 and 36 compounds were identified respectively in the volatile compounds of leaves and stems, accounted for 92.28% and 80.57% of total essential oil. Conclusion: The chemical constituents of volatile oils were different between the leaves and stems, but the relative content of caryophyllene was the highest in the essential oil both.
