肠炎颗粒的制备工艺研究

摘    要:目的 研究肠炎颗粒的制备工艺。方法 以干膏率和盐酸小檗碱含量的综合评分作为评价指标,采用正交试验优化提取工艺;以颗粒成型性、流动性、吸湿性和制粒情况为指标,筛选辅料的种类、配比及最佳成型工艺。结果 最佳提取工艺:加10倍量水,煎煮提取2次,每次 1.5 h ;醇沉浓度60%;最佳制粒工艺:浸膏、糖粉、糊精的比例为1:2:1,临界相对湿度61%。结论 优选得到的肠炎颗粒工艺简单、稳定,可应用于工业化生产。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the preparation technology of Changyan granule. METHODS Taking the comprehensive marks of dry extract rate and berberine hydrochloride content as evaluating indicator and optimizing extraction process using orthogonal test; selecting species of the Accessories and matching the best moulding technology via particle briquetteability, liquidity, hydroscopic property and pelletization. RESULTS the best extraction technology: adding 10 times water, decoction extracting 2 times with each 1.5 h; the concentration of alcohol is 60%; the best preparation technology: the ratio of extract, powdered sugar and dextrin is 1:2:1, the critical relative humidity is 61%. CONCLUSION the optimized Changyan granule has simple process technology and is stable. It can be used for commercial process.
