妇舒保凝胶中黄柏苦参的提取工艺研究

摘    要:摘要:目的 优选妇舒保凝胶中黄柏苦参的最佳提取工艺。方法 以出固率和盐酸小檗碱、苦参碱的得率为考察指标,比较不同的提取方法对黄柏苦参提取效率的影响,进而通过正交实验优选出最佳提取工艺。结果 提取黄柏苦参的乙醇回流法优于乙醇渗漉法、水煎煮法,最佳提取工艺为50%乙醇提取3次、每次1.5 h、液料比为8。结论 该工艺可行且重现性较好, 总生物碱得率约为2.468%,本研究为妇舒保凝胶中有效成分的提取提供了依据。

Abstract:Abstact: Objective To optimize the extraction process of Cortex Phellodendri and Radix Sophorae Flavescentis in Fushubao gels.Method Take the contents of matrine and the yield of extracts as assessment index to choose different extractions of cortex phellodendri and radix sophorae flavescentis in Fushubao gels,and the extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Result The optimal extraction technology was as follows:8 times of 50% alcohol,extracting 3 times,1.5 hours for each time.Conclusion The optimized process is stable and suitable,the yield of total alkaloid was about 2.468%.The study provide a basis for the extraction condition of active ingredients in Fushubao gels.
