朝天罐中总黄酮的提取工艺优选

摘    要:目的:优选朝天罐中总黄酮的提取工艺.方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,以总黄酮得率为指标,通过正交试验考察提取时间、乙醇体积分数及料液比对总黄酮提取工艺的影响.结果:最佳提取工艺为加20倍量75%乙醇提取3次,每次1h,总黄酮得率1.83%.结论:该优选工艺简单可行,可推广使用,为朝天罐资源的充分利用提供了实验依据.

Abstract:Objective:To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids in Osbeckia opipara. Method: The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry,with yield of total flavonoids as index,influence of extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and ethanol concentration on extraction technology of total flavonoids was investigated by orthogonal design. Result: The best extraction technology was as following:extracted 3 times with 20 times the amount of 75% ethanol,1 h each time,yield of total flavonoids 1.83%. Conclusion: This optimized technology was simple and feasible,it provide experimental evidence for fully utilization of O. opipara resources.
