延胡索指标性成分延胡索乙素的影响因素分析

摘    要:目的:分析影响延胡索中延胡索乙素含量的因素,为延胡索质量控制提供数据.方法:测定不同产地、生长年限、软化方法、粒径大小的延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量,并用统计学方法进行分析.结果:浙江产延胡索含量高于陕西产延胡索,1年生延胡索含量高于2年生延胡索,润法所制的饮片含量高于泡法,不同粒径大小延胡索中延胡索乙素含量无明显差异.结论:延胡索产地、药材生长年限、饮片软化方法均可影响延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量,粒径大小对延胡索乙素含量没有显著影响.

Abstract:Objective:To study on several influencing factors of index content, tetrohydropalmatine, in Corydalis Rhizoma. The reference datas were provided for its quality control. Method: The contents of tetrohydropalmatine of corydalis yanhusuo in different origin, growth years, process methods and grain sizes were detemined, respectively. The datas were analyzed by statistical methods. Result: According to the determine datas of different samples of Corydalis Rhizoma, the content of tetrohydropalmatine was higer in Zhejiang Province than in Shanxi for producing area, one year than two year for growing time, moistened samples than soaked samples for softening methods and there were no significant differences between the different particle sizes of Corydalis Rhizoma. Conclusion: The influencing factors on the content of tetrohydropalmatine in Corydalis Rhizoma were producing area, growing years and softening methods except the particle sizes.
