满山红总黄酮-PEG 6000固体分散体的制备及体外溶出度考察

摘    要:目的:制备满山红总黄酮-聚乙二醇6000(PEG 6000)固体分散体,并考察其体外溶出度.方法:以PEG6000为载体,采用溶剂-熔融法制备3种不同比例的固体分散体,紫外分光光度法(以芦丁计)测定总黄酮含量,考察各固体分散体的体外溶出特性.结果:原料药在60 min内的累积释放度57.032%;满山红总黄酮-PEG6000 1∶2,1∶4,1∶6的固体分散体于60min的累积释放度分别为80.21%,91.43%,74.32%.结论:溶剂-熔融法制得的各比例固体分散体均能显著提高药物的溶出速率.

Abstract:Objective: To prepare total flavonoids from Rhododendron dauricum-PEG 6000 solid dispersion,and investigate its in vitro dissolution. Method: With PEG6000 as carrier,three different proportion of solid dispersion was prepaerd by dissolvent-fusion method,the content of total flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry method,and in vitro dissolution was studied. Result: Cumulative release of bulk drugs within 60 min was 57.032%;Cumulative release of 1: 2,1: 4,1: 6(total flavonoids from R. dauricum-PEG 6000) solid dispersion within 60 min was 80.21%,91.43%,74.32%,respectively. Conclusion: Each proportion solid dispersions could significantly improve dissolution rate of drug,which were prepared by dissolvent-fusion method.
