| Abstract: | Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) has been shown to have a higher incidence in many etiologically distinct immunosuppressed populations. We report a case of aggressive MCC diagnosed in a man with autoimmune hepatitis who was treated with immunosuppressive therapy for more than 30 years. |
